Throwing & Weighted Ball Programs
Our throwing programs take you from Day 1 of Off-Season training up until the day you raise the trophy. Breaking the program into several week-long "phases" allows us to make sure that each athlete's arm stays healthy throughout the entirety of each season.
Our weighted ball training program is designed to create efficient throwing patterns, improve arm health, and increase velocity. We incorporate different throwing drills based on the clients resisting movement patterns, and we incorporate over-load and under-load training to increase arm strength and speed.
